1. Who we are

BA Academy ("we", "us") is an online learning platform at ba-academy.vercel.app that sells video courses on vibe coding and product design. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal — sharing your login so others can access paid courses is not permitted.

3. Purchases and access

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream its lessons and download its resources for your own learning. Course access is tied to your account and remains available for as long as the course is offered on the platform. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD) and may change at any time; changes never affect courses you have already bought.

All payments are processed by Flutterwave. We never see or store your card details. As set out in our Refund Policy, all sales are final.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not copy, re-record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course videos or resources.
  • Do not attempt to access courses you have not purchased or interfere with the platform's operation.
  • Do not use the platform for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Course content is our intellectual property; projects you build while following a course are yours.

5. Disclaimers

Courses are provided "as is" for educational purposes. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes such as employment or income. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions? Email hello@baacademyonline.com.
