1. What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, and a hashed password when you sign up.
• Learning data — which courses you are enrolled in and which lessons you have completed, so your progress is saved.
• Payment data — payments are processed entirely by Flutterwave. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount, and its status — never your card or bank details.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell your data to anyone.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate your account, deliver the courses you bought, save your progress, and send transactional emails — a welcome message when you join, receipts when you purchase, and password-reset links when you request them. We do not send marketing email without your consent.

3. Where it lives

Your data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication), our site is hosted on Vercel, and transactional email is delivered by Resend. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

4. Your rights

You can update your details or reset your password from the platform at any time. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account entirely by emailing hello@baacademyonline.com. Deleting your account removes your profile, enrollments, and progress; payment records are retained where the law requires.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are set.

6. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will post the update here. This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
